Deep Tissue Massage: Deep Tissue Massage releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. It is called deep tissue, because it focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Medical Reflexology: Medical Reflexology aggressively addresses reflex points that correspond with organs and systems in the body. This acupressure manipulation of the feet (and hands), helps the Qi (Ch'i) in our bodies. Blood is the flowing life force in the body and when the Qi (Ch'i) is interrupted by crystals in the feet, your body's circulation and plumbing systems, so to speak, are not able to rid itself of the toxins and crystals in the body efficiently. This in turn, of course, means that the body is not as able to heal itself as much as it potentially could with its own self-healing mechanisms. Call for an appointment today. We are located in N. High Point. (336) 882-4858.

Reflexology: Reflexology is massage, based around a system of points in the hands and feet thought to correspond, or "reflex," to all areas of the body.

Shiatsu:
Shiatsu is a form of therapeutic massage in which pressure is applied with the thumbs and palms to those areas of the body used in acupuncture. Also called acupressure.

Swedish Massage: Swedish Massage is a system of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of the muscles, combined with active and passive movements of the joints..

Alternative Medicine: Please remember that massage is considered alternative medicine and that we are by no means saying that one massage will cure any one disease, but it helps a tremendous amount in dealing with the stress, or pain that is associated with what your condition might be. We do suggest however to help your body help itself.
